Santa Barbara Company is proud to be a women-owned multigenerational business powering generosity through small business passion, sustainable practices and a lot of local soul. We specialize in local and sustainable gifts to show friends, family and clients how much you care.

Our products and gifts are curated with an eye to beauty, deliciousness, and sustainability. Each gift is assembled to order by one of our team members and includes a handwritten note card. Choose one of our curated gifts or create your own from scratch so you can personalize to your heart's content.

We specialize in large bulk orders shipped nationwide or delivered locally. Our attention to detail and nearly 10 years of unwavering reliability and personal service have strengthened our relationships with managers of client gift programs and event planners. Our clients look to us for a seamless gifting experience that demonstrates their company culture, great taste and social and environmental commitments.

Caroline Echeveste

Principal

Creative Director

Caroline was born in Santa Barbara and is a graduate of UC Berkeley. She's an ex-travel addict turned homebody, devoted to helping folks with big hearts give truly meaningful gifts to show how much they care. She brings her personal commitment to sustainability, kindness and good living to her work everyday.

In the early mornings, you'll find her curled up reading a book with her toddler, walking her very lazy dog named Barley, or happily working on her laptop before sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand.

Nancy Law

Principal

Head of Operations/Finances

Nancy is passionate about all things local. Her vision for Santa Barbara Company emerged as an extension of shared delights, local camaraderie and a chance to share all that our local community has to offer. Her Santa Barbara roots run deep - her grandparents were high school sweethearts at Santa Barbara high in the 1910s & a great-grandfather was mayor in the 1920s.

She keeps our operations running smoothly, takes care of the company finances, and is the glue for our company, family and friends.

She loves hosting gatherings on her porch overlooking the channel islands, traveling to blues music festivals, and savoring all that this little piece of paradise has to offer!

Allie Grant

Volume Gifting Specialist

Allie was born in Santa Barbara, California and went to Occidental College where she majored in Art History. She's our resident wine expert - a sommelier and wine educator through her passion project Crush It Wine Education. She excels at organization and is a boss at keeping even the largest and most complicated orders organized and fulfilled on time.

On her lunch break, you'll find her reading a good book under the oak tree out back. She loves to cook, make art, and of course - drink great wine.

Kati Lewis

Lead Florist

Kati was born in sunny Ventura, California and has a degree in Design from UC Davis. She brings many years of experience in cut flowers and plant care and design to our small team.

Her eye for detail and color make her a fantastic asset to our team!

On days off, you'll find Kati tending to her plants, wandering through thrift stores, or soaking up the sun at the beach.

Stacia Pedersen

Assistant Florist

Stacia was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California and has a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Lesley University. Using her design skills and creativity she works as one of the florists, putting together beautiful flower arrangements, as well as working on graphic design projects.

On her days off you can find her studying for her Interior Design certificate or reading a book at Java Station coffee shop. She loves spending time with her dog, taking care of her house plants, and reading a good book.

Carol Mayhew

Digital Marketing Specialist

Carol was born in Woodland Hills, CA and graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Business Marketing.

She helps with all things marketing, social media and contributing to the Santa Barbara Company brand. Carol is also a yoga instructor at Corepower Yoga here in Santa Barbara!

On her days off you can find her hanging at the beach, going on a weekend roadtrip or starting a new art & crafts project!

Ruby Vazquez

Shipping & Gift Specialist

Ruby is a '94 alumni of Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, Baby Department, but was raised and resides in Carpinteria with her family and two rescue chihuahuas. She studied Film & Screenwriting at Santa Barbara City College and hopes to one day finish the screenplay she started years ago.

Her hobbies include finding a new craft to hyperfocus on, being the funniest person in the room, and Lord of the Rings movie marathons.

Carly Weisman

Carly was born and raised in Santa Barbara, and graduated from SBCC with an Associates in Social Sciences and Certificate in Drafting for Architecture. Carly is a self taught artist and enjoys making both traditional and digital
